Building a Property Portfolio

You’ll hear lots of the so called experts telling you how building a property portfolio is an easy matter if you follow their methods which will only cost you an astronomic amount of money that you could have used for building your property portfolio if only you hadn’t listened to them in the first place. Building wealth and running a business can never be easy so don’t be fooled into spending what precious resources you have for something you can learn from a book in less time. There’s no doubt there are lots of strategies and plans you can instigate to make building a property portfolio cheaper, but the whole business is made easier by having more money to start with so why spend it on courses where you’ll only learn what some other companies like ours will happily give away free. Certain elements of our life will show up in a business, whether that business is building a property portfolio or any other type, if you don’t have the essentials you won’t have the results.

We spoke recently with a disgruntled person who had hoped to buy four town houses in one block in an area close to his existing investment property. He had everything in place to purchase the properties but the company carrying out the sale did not turn up when he went to carry out the internal viewing. This set him back three or four days in his decision making, during which time someone else secured the properties. We have to sympathise with this person as the failing is really with the company selling the development. However had the gent made the decision to buy and paid the reserve fee on proviso he was happy with the internal condition he would have no regrets. In reality his own procrastination held him back and allowed someone else to get his deal. We can all have situations like this and of course we must not dwell on them but we must learn from them. There’ll always be another deal along and of course we’ll be happy to show him our way of working so he won’t find himself in that situation again. He certainly doesn’t want to have anything to do with that other company again, and I can’t blame him.  Rarely do people realise the ways to manifest, create and secure properties to their best advantage, it’s very unlikely will you gain that information from a course either. Working with experienced people is the only way to become an experienced person yourself.

Another caller wanted to buy a commercial building adjacent to her existing offices and was unable to see how to raise the finance to secure the property. Just two emails and one phone call later and she is much wiser and much richer by securing the building with absolutely no cost other than her time spent consulting with us. We wouldn’t dream of charging anyone for something that we are able to give, we realise the benefits of our assistance will be rewarded in other ways. When that lady wants to use our services or knows anyone interested in building a property portfolio she’ll recommend us, referrals always speak louder than adverts. A new client with us recently couldn’t understand how to get herself out of debt and fund building a property portfolio. Again with just a few emails and phone calls she is now well on the way to financial freedom using our connections. It works well for our team, it works well for our clients and it works well for us so why do we need to run a course on it?

We are in fact working with one of our associate companies running a free seminar next week. Again neither they nor us will be selling courses because that’s not our business, we’ll be selling properties and giving the rest away. As a property solutions company we don’t feel we have to pretend to be something we’re not, to get people to spend money on training so that they can be what we are. Be wary of anyone selling courses or coaching as experience shows that if they could do the business themselves they wouldn’t need to sell their supposed ability to do it. One secret to prosperity is to give. Unless we are able to give of our wealth, our time or our knowledge the likelihood is that we’ll never receive what we are truly worth. One other new client wanted to travel to our seminar from London which was not a good use of his time. After two phone calls and two emails he is now able to work on building his property portfolio without the need for learning things that don’t relate to his situation. What he does have is coherence, and congruity. By working with us he has harmony, unity and integrity between his vision and how to create it. He understands what he has to do and can leave others to carry out their roles to achieve his plans and priorities. So often we lack the ability to delegate roles so that our personal plan is more able to succeed in both its short and long term objectives. What we give for free could be worth more than what you pay for. You’d be very welcome to join us if you want to get in touch

Always value learning but you don’t necessarily have to pay for it.
